When you purchase a home, or have signed your rental lease, the next step for you is to contact Member Services at (530) 432-1152 to set up an appointment for orientation. During this appointment you will be given important information about the Lake Wildwood community and will receive your Security Access information. Member Services is open Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m.-12 p.m., and 1-5 p.m. We are located at The Oaks Clubhouse at 11255 Cottontail Way. 

For the safety and security of our members, no one is allowed into the Community without a Security Access card, vehicle decal, or Security ID number, unless accompanied by a Member or Realtor. New residents may be called in by their landlord, Realtor, or by Member Services.
