If you are a Realtor or Broker that would like to show property in Lake Wildwood, you will need to have a valid Lake Wildwood Security Access ID card to enter the Community. To obtain one, please contact the Lake Wildwood Member Services at (530) 432-1152, ext. 5000 or email info@lwwa.org to be advised of the documentation needed to obtain access. Access cards are processed Monday through Friday from 1-4 p.m. unless otherwise posted. These cards renew on an annual basis and the fees are subject to increase. If the card is not renewed by the December 31 each year, the card will be inactivated. There is no fee proration on the Annual Realtor Access Card and they are paid by cash or check only.
