Yes. The specific Golf Cart Rules are detailed in the Governing Documents - Golf. See Governing Documents under HOA.

How come we have frost delays in the winter and how do I find out if there's a delay?
During the Winter months, if it's not overcast or raining, there is a good chance that we will have frost on the Course. We have to wait until the frost goes away before anyone can get on the Course or damage will occur. In order to get the most people golfing when frost occurs, we usually have an 11 a.m. Shotgun start. To find out if there are any delays, go to the homepage of lwwa.org and click on the blue button labeled "Course Conditions/Frost". The message is updated each morning by 6:15 a.m.

How do I make a tee time for Golf?
All Community Members are welcome to enjoy a round of golf.  The online booking system makes it easy for Members to request their own Tee Times plus it is easily accessed from the Member's side of the website. Golf is a Member paid amenity. There are designated ‘Club Members Only’ play days for each Golf Club. Call the Pro Shop at (530) 432-1163 if you have any questions. The Pro Shop can make a tee time for Members or guide them to the online tee time booking system.

Important things you need to know:

  1. You can make requests up to 30 days in advance.
  2. Tee Sheets will be drawn 6 days out.
  3. Tee Time Bookings are available on any current Tee Sheet, even the "day of" sheet.
  4. Tee Times are drawn by a lottery process based on a point system.
  5. Members must log into the Lake Wildwood Website to access Jonas Tee Time Bookings.

How the Point System Works?
Points System for Jonas Tee Time Software
The points system works as follows. The points are accumulated for a rolling two week period. The more points, the lower priority your group will have in getting your requested tee time. Points are aggregated for all members of a group tee time request to determine priority.

Any requests or changes done online are -2 points.

If you call the pro shop to make a request or change you get +2 points.

Is there a difference between the Draw and the Lottery?
No, the Draw is now called a Lottery. When the Lottery is done, if you get a tee time within 1 ½ hours of your requested time, you get 10 points

If within the next 1 ½ hours, you get 9 points.
Next 1 ½ hours, 8 points.
Next 1 ½ hours, 7 points, etc.

In other words, if you request 10:00 AM, and get a time between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., you get 10 points. If you get between 7:00 and 8:30, or 11:30 and 1:00; you get 9 points; and so on moving away from your requested time.

For Cancellations:
If cancelled:
72 hours before: 1 point
24 hours before: 2 points
4 hours before: 5 points
15 mins before: 10 points
No Show: 10 points

On a rainy day, do I need to call the Pro Shop to cancel to make sure that I do not receive no show points?
Our policy states that if half the players on the tee sheet cancel, no points will be awarded for that day. History tells us that if it is raining, or even sprinkling, over half the people on the tee sheet will cancel. It is pretty safe to say that if its cold and drizzling, no points will be awarded.

When the driving range is closed due to weather, can I bring my own balls to hit?
No, if the driving range is closed, there is a reason. Even if the range was open, it is still against our policy for anyone to bring their own golf balls.

Where should a bunker rake be placed after use?
In the bunker with the handle end close to the edge of the bunker and the working end toward the center of the green, with the prongs down.
