How do I reserve my event date?To officially secure your event date, we require a signed contract, a credit card on file, and a deposit. The deposit amount depends on your selected venue and its associated rental cost. |

Is gratuity included in the fees? No, gratuity is not included. The service charge is separate from gratuity. However, a portion of the service charge is distributed to staff as part of their income. |

Is event insurance required? If you are not a resident of Lake Wildwood, we require you to obtain a one-day event liability insurance policy. The policy must cover general liability of $1 million per occurrence and $2 million in aggregate, which can typically be purchased for around $100. |

When is the final guest count due? The final guest count is due 10 business days prior to the event. You may increase your count at that time, but it cannot be decreased. You will be billed according to the final count provided, and any additional guests after the final count may be invoiced post-event. |

Do you provide a Wedding Planner or Coordinator? While we do not offer an in-house day-of wedding coordinator, our experienced Events Manager is available to help with menu selections, service coordination, and day-of timelines. They will also be present during your event to ensure everything runs smoothly and act as the main point of contact for your vendors. |

Does the Events Manager or staff help with decorating? We request that a family member or wedding party member be responsible for setting up decorations. The Events Manager may assist as needed but is not responsible for the decoration process. Lake Wildwood staff will handle lighting tea lights or LEDs during the ceremony for guest enjoyment but will not assist with decorating. |

When can vendors arrive on event day? Vendors may arrive any time after 9:00 AM. They can also arrange an appointment with the Events Coordinator if needed. We recommend that your officiant, DJ, and photographer attend the rehearsal. |

Will we have a tasting? Yes, the Events Manager will arrange a tasting 2-3 months before your wedding. You will sample two salads and select two entrees from one package. There is a $25 per person fee to attend the tasting. |

Can I bring my own alcohol? Our liquor license prohibits outside beer and liquor. However, we can specially order certain alcohol items depending on availability. Outside wine can be brought in for a corkage fee. |

How late can my event go? At the Clubhouse, your event can run until 11:00 PM. For events at Commodore Park, the event must conclude by 10:00 PM. |

Are payment plans available? How do I make payments? To secure your venue, the initial deposit and signed contract are required. A second deposit, covering 50% of the estimated food and beverage costs, is due 45 days prior to your event. The remaining balance is due 10 days before the event. Payments can be made by contacting the Events Manager, and you will receive a receipt and updated invoice after each payment. |

Can the entire Clubhouse be rented? Yes, the entire Clubhouse can be rented. Prices depend on the season, so please reach out to the Event Sales Manager for a customized quote. |

Is there parking available for my guests? Yes, we reserve the entire lower parking lot for event guests, depending on the size of your guest list. For events at Commodore Park, additional parking is available in the adjacent lot. |

Can we schedule a ceremony rehearsal? Yes, the Events Manager will coordinate a rehearsal with the wedding party, typically held the day before the wedding at the same time as the ceremony. |

What happens if the weather is bad? If inclement weather occurs, we can accommodate an indoor ceremony at the Clubhouse Reception Venue. Guests will be seated at their dinner tables, and the head table can be replaced with an arch upon request. Please note that Lake Wildwood does not provide tents, so if you prefer an outdoor ceremony and anticipate poor weather, you will be responsible for arranging, paying for, and setting up tents or pop-ups. |

When must we vacate the venue after the event? At the conclusion of your event, we will turn on the lights and stop the music. You and your wedding party will then have time to gather any personal decorations. If there are any one-time-use décor items, we will dispose of them for you. |
