The governing documents include the Articles of Incorporation, the Restated Bylaws, the Declaration of Restrictions, the Master Plan, and Policies, Rules, and Procedures.   The Declaration of Restrictions is  frequently referred to as the "Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions" or simply as the CC&Rs.  Both the Restated Bylaws and the CC&Rs are stored in portable document format (pdf) and are viewable using Adobe Reader (free download from Adobe.com).  PDF files can be read by MAC owners and those users who do not have Microsoft Word or have a version of Word back-level from that of the document's creator.
