Former United States Naval Aviator, Financial futures trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and VP of American TransEuro Corp., a clearing member of the exchange, VP of RTR Trading Company, an importer, exporter and marketing firm, private money lending and real estate development. Being a member of the board is the most important service that a member of our community can undertake and one that requires a great deal of broad and diversified experience. The board sets our policy, both long and short term, and determines the road we travel and the future we hand to the next generation of members. It is the vehicle through which the membership speaks.
After three years of committee participation, I am more convinced than ever of the wisdom and direction of our master plan. It is the foundation for expansion and modernization of Lake Wildwood and a basis from which to direct our funds and efforts in an orderly and systematic manner. It matches the goals for the future with realistic financial sourcing and a time frame to accomplish the end results.
The master plan has been refined a great deal in the past year and will remain a fluid working document for its duration. There are many critical and unfinished parts that remain to be implemented and I would like to be part of that process for the next three years. It is important to move this plan forward and institutionalize it as much as practicable.
