As a native Californian (S.F.) I wanted to retire in the West. Lake Wildwood was the ideal choice. We purchased property here over 12 years ago and moved in full-time in October of 2002, after retirement from a Marriott subsidiary company. I have long been interested in how our community works so I made it a point to start attending as many events as possible and soon found that I was a predictable regular at Board of Director’s meetings, budget discussions and virtually all Town Hall meetings having broad interest and impact to our association members. As a result, I was appointed to a vacant Directors position in early 2006.

I established two critical focus areas for personal emphasis: First, was to see the Clubhouse and Recreation Center building projects through to the satisfaction of the majority wishes of our community. And second, has been to help provide positive improvements in our Clubhouse operations resulting in both greatly enhanced service levels and reduced subsidies. With a large part of my career background being in hospitality management, the Clubhouse has received a lot of my attention

I realize there are other priority needs, and as a Director, I have numerous responsibilities to the Lake Wildwood Association. I will continue to dedicate my Board efforts and actions to achieve best results in all matters before the Board in a fair and balanced a manner.
